Verified Renter The team was very friendly and eager to help. There were no surprises in my billing statements. Questions were promptly answered. I had 2 maintenance request so far. They were not emergent. Someone came the next day both times to fix the issues.
Verified Renter We’ve loved our time here Aventura Bellevue! The leasing staff made the process smooth and easy! They’re very friendly and very helpful, Makayla especially she helped us feel right at home and made sure we were taken care of. The maintenance workers respond so quickly to requests and are very thorough/helpful with the repairs. We had a few hiccups being the first people in our unit after a renovation and the maintenance team helped fix these issues asap. Thanks to them we got to relax and enjoy our new home!
