Avens supported Living is a great place to work, Lots of overtime available. Great training is delivered. Well paid company. Communication from Management and staff have great communication. Management are approachable. All staff work well together to ensure all duties of care standards are met.
Good place to work, with lots of overtime available and good training, which is paid. Also, the sleep-in shifts are good pay.
