No respect for clients – The staff greated me warmly; however, the respect seemed to end there. My stylist was 45 min late for my appt, and when I was taken in she continued chatting with staff for 15 min prior to cutting my hair. She off-handedly appologized for being late, but did not seem sincere. She then paid no attention to my request for a "trim," despite my protests about the length of hair she thought needed to come off.
