Updated review as of 9/11/18. I have lived here for over two and half years and it is time to go! Even though I overall think Avalon studio city is a decent place to live, if you hate being able to hear you neighbors and have someone trash the elevators craving things associated with the KKK that the poor maintenance people have to keep scrubbing off and repainting, and having Ralphs shopping carts litter the resident parking garage and hallways of the apartments and dogs pi...Continue Reading
Bait and switch. Sell luxury but in reality its terrible. Take it from a resident that's counting his lease. 10945 Bluffside Drive is not a place you want to be. Homeless walk the hallways. Dog feces hop scotch. Do you like fire alarms? If not. This isn't the place for you. They rip off young professionals by showing them an updated unit and the lobby area. They don't even mop certain hallways they know they wont be showing off. It's disgusting all for a mere 3200 a month.... Can't wait to leave.
