RecommendedRicardo (Maintenance Tech II) and Edwin (maintenance) are GREAT employees, very helpful to residents. Fernando (maintenance) is also AMAZING!

I've lived in Avalon Studio City for over a year now. We just moved into a newly renovated unit, and it's gorgeous. Love cooking in the kitchen with all of our new upscale appliances. We also love all of the amenities - especially the gyms and the pools. The new management team has been great to work with. They have fantastic and friendly attitudes, and the service team is very responsive to all of our requests. Really recommend living here if you have the chance.
I have been living here for 3 years now .The AC has been a problem for that same period of time . The maintenance department always thou does great job doing the work quickly and resolve the issues .Felix in particular is efficient and very nice . I trust the people who work here
I’ve lived in Avalon, Studio City for about 4 years and I’ve never been happier! The atmosphere is amazing, I’ve met some wonderful people and the amenities are incredible! Full gym, pool tables, swimming pool, jacuzzi, fire pits, lounge area and even their dog park area. I notice that friends and family visit me more often.(lol) Let’s not forget the amazing staff, Paige is my to go person, she is always resourceful and prompt to answer any questions/concerns I may have.
Avalon has the best pools, gyms, and staff! There’s no better place to be the summer!
I have been living here for almost 2 years and absolutely love the place and staff. Paige is extremely responsive and always ensures the residents are totally satisfied. Must live for anyone in the area!!!!!!!
