Security is a nightmare. I've had 3 bikes stolen and my car was broken into twice. Security cameras are never working, and the security guards are more concerned with your Pool ID and having your TV too loud, then your actual safety. And to top it all off, tonight June 20th, 2020 someone set off a 1/4 sick of dynamite in the lower parking garage shaking the entire building and blowing out one of the overhead fluorescent lights. My lease is up in November, and I can't wait. Move-in at our own risk.
The lifestyle is amazing.
Maintenance here is indisputable - always great. Today we just had Ricardo fix our disposal and air conditioning. We know have an unclogged sink and a cool apartment. Thanks Ricardo - very friendly and knowledgable.
Ricardo came to fix my broken closet rack. He was so friendly and helpful. He was also very responsive and informative. He told me the rack would be here in 2-3 days and he would come back to replace it. Thanks, Ricardo!
