My A/C has been out for days with promises that it’s been fixed every single day. Would not recommend living here.
I have lived at Lakes of Tuscana for over 2 years now. I love living here, the complex is well kept, the front desk is friendly and always helpful, and the maintenance department always goes above and beyond to fix whatever you need. And thank you Mike for hanging my curtains, it was very much appreciated. My favorite things about living here are that it is quiet, beautiful, gated, and so close to many shops and restaurants. Very attentive office staff and friendly neighbors. Love having an outdoor space
The apartments are run down, roach infested, and the rent goes up every year about $100 more. We are in a pandemic with people who cannot put food on the table and they have raised the rent. No heart whatsoever. Shame on whoever is responsible for this.

Get new management! As the other guy said...definitely not there for the tenants. They deal with issues by addressing ALL tenants instead of the bad ones directly but I guess that means you would have to actually get up from a desk and do something. Luxury apartments...not even close. Be careful if you rent there. Great location but nothing else.
