Hello I didn’t want to click yes or no to recommend as I feel if you do your research you’ll be able to better make that decision. We lived at Ashton Chase for 3 years and as everyone else has stated we love Susan! However the rest of the staff had left and the new staff was not as accommodating..we hoped to remain there until we purchase a home which would have been next year but when the new office staff came in they would no longer allow us to leave bicycles outside and with no storage I had 4 bicycles in my living room t... read more
The price is way above what it's worth and electric costs are through the roof. Too much police activity and was burglarized 3 times in 1 year of living there! Pool area was never clean or the community bathrooms. Maintenance people smelled like alcohol when they came to repair anything and always did patchwork repairs that were bound to need fixing again or full replacement and then try to charge you when you move out. Dogs barking again at 4:45 this am, along with someone chatting on their phone. No consideration for anyone but themselves. These people don't even train their dogs to shut up. Oh and don't for the loud bombing music all hours day and night. Yes come live here for the time of your life.
My 18 year old son moved into Adele 2 years ago. We were nervous about him living on his own at such a young age while attending Full Sail. We toured about 10 different complexes in 2 days and we knew the search was over when we got to Adele. We have been very pleased from the beginning of the process through now. This complex is HIGHLY recommended. Very very clean and NO false advertisement so what you see is exactly what you get. The leasing coordinator, Cournti, was extremely helpful, kind, selfless, and patient. These apartments are accommodating and affordable. 10 out of 10 experience! I was beyond blessed to be here.
So it’s come time to leave my final thoughts on Ashton Chase apartments ... Pick somewhere else.. The pros : Close to Disney, close to shopping and post office Maintenance crew is awesome , but unfortunately necessary to much . Susan in office is a sweetheart and will work to help you . It’s fairly clean and the grounds are kept up pretty well . It does look very nice when you drive in . I called here to inquire about calling this place home. Wow! Spoke to Ryan who was extremely friendly and pleasant. Certainly made my anxiety about moving across the country much better. We are so looking forward to joining this community. If everyone in Rhode Island is as welcoming as Ryan was, I know we will be very happy there.
