The best part is that you need not to find a roommate to avail a sharing price; they will do it for you; and they try best to match your roommate based on your preference. The property is clean and everything was put in new. The girl Nicole in the office is very sweet and quick to help me with all my questions.The greatest feature is how close it is to Plant Street.
Office staff is very helpful and friendly. I haven’t had any major issues in my year of living here. It’s a quiet area and a reasonable priced for the space.

This place scams you into “luxury living” they got me good. I was told I was getting a “cache” unit, meaning that it would be upgraded and really nice. They couldn’t tell me exactly what my unit had that was upgraded because there were still remnants in it but the girl seemed really nice and the model was beautiful. I’ve been dealing with neighbors blasting music for over a month now. It’s beyond frustrating. All hours of the day and night. Still nothing. On top of when my husband was sick with pandemic they came to our house multiple times. Then two months later when new neighbors began blasting music, I complained. Finally got my call back but they were calling to ask if my husband was over COVID-19 two months later and many maintenance visits later. Really love living here. Everyone is really nice. Have met a lot of great people here. Amenities are great
I moved out early on my lease, I paid in full the months left on my lease. Now I’m getting billed for utilities for the time I wasn’t living there, saying they need to have ac on and running, every week the amount changes. None of the explanations make any sense. Look for another place to rent, the monthly ac charge I’m being charged is way more than I paid while I was living there. Old windows, can see light thru closed doors as they don’t seal tightly, old ac, updates are needed.
