The worse living experience. This place has the worse communication skills in the front office. The office does not speak with another or have notes on each apartment. Therefore, they do not know anything that's going on. Constantly new people in the office. Hummmmmm. Haha no wonder. Because no one can do their job. This place will scam you in every possible way to get more money from you. Their lease is unheard of. Hella expensive for crappy service.

ATTENTION Bluffton friends and potential renters! If you ever consider moving into the so called “luxury apartments” at Avalon Shores, don’t!! The place is a filth pit with constant noise and roaches running wild. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of moving in and not doing my final walkthrough. Well coincidently they decided to charge me an exorbitant amount of money to replace a used carpet after a year and half of occupancy?!?! A word to the wise…go elsewhere, and if you don’t watch your back & wallets!!

My little family has been here almost 2 years.... Mgmt always quick to respond...Love the pool and amenities.. Good place for animals and families !
Do not rent here. They scam, lie and are fraudulent ..record everything like I did !!!
Great place to live, location to downtown Bluffton and HHI is very convenient. Dog park is wonderful! Made great friends here!
Beautiful landscaping that I love coming home to and the location is hard to beat! I love my screened in porch and how my kitchen opens to the living room.
