Don’t move the cone or you’ll break your leg. That’s supposed to be our safety cone so that nobody falls into the gaping hole that should’ve been filled long ago. When I asked them to fix it they brought me the cone how sweet of them. And I even get a bonus flood in my apartment soon. I think I’m about an hour or so away if it keeps raining like this. I sure hope they are all dry in their homes this Easter I am sure they would not like living like this.
RecommendedMy fiancé and I have been living at The Legends since September 2019, and we have nothing but positive things to say about everything- the property is beautiful and well-kept, the office staff (Heather and Natasha) is always super welcoming and accommodating, and the maintenance staff is always super respectful and timely in completing work orders. Overall, we love life and our cute townhome at The Legends and wouldn’t have it any other way!

Upon moving in my family was excited to be in a bigger place. On move in day our AC ran for the entire day and the inside temp never broke 75 despite the thermostat being set to 70. This was just the start of things going wrong or the uncovering of things that sadly never were right. We were rushed into this place by the office girls and now all of the problems are being uncovered. It is a beautiful place to live and right next to Downtown Winter Garden and has very nice and also very funny maintenance staff.
My wife and I love living here! Great place for my kids as well as my hairy children! The staff are amazing and very helpful!

My family and I just moved in here. The move in process was really easy and straightforward. We’ve already noticed that the other residents are very nice and welcoming. We don’t have a dog yet but they are EXTREMELY dog friendly, so there’s plenty of cute dogs to meet. Heather is amazing and has been so helpful and welcoming. She does fun activities and events to get the community together. We’re definitely looking forward to making this home for awhile!
