I went to a consultation and I thought I would be meeting with a doctor. Instead I met with the laser specialist. She did a test spot and then my first appointment. I bought a package and made my second appointment for a month later. All very standard and reasonable. I show up to the second appointment and she never showed. She isn't answering my calls or emails nor is she responding to her building's front desk. I am now disputing the charges because I believe this is a scam.
I had an appointment scheduled and when I showed up at the appointment I was told the spa was out of business. I called several numbers and all were directed to a call center. The call center informed me that the Spa was still in business however there was no spa at the registered address. They informed me someone would call me to reschedule. 3 weeks later I have received no call.
