My wife and I have lived at Avalon Del Mar Apartments for about a year. In that time we had a great experience. Between the quality of life their units Plus amenities provided, and the staff with their friendliness, responsiveness, and thoroughness. Between Frankie in the front office who got my wife and I in here, and Pablo who kept us here addressing any repairs doing me a favor when I had to film something, this place has been leaps and bounds better than our previous place in Pasadena.
