RecommendedI am coming up on 1 full year here, and the management and maintenance staff have been excellent without exception. Jose just came by to fix a plumbing issue, no more than 12 hours after I filed a request (procedure for filing maintenance requests is very easy, done through the website). He was efficient and friendly, got the job done without any muss or fuss — top-notch!
My wife and I have lived at Avalon Del Mar Station for nearly three years and have just renewed our lease for another 10mos because of Ayush Yoda Banker. Time and again Yoda has gone above and beyond to ensure our experience here is hassle-free and he has always promptly addressed & remedied any issue or concern we've had. I just moved in my apartment home in the Avalon Del Mar station and I’m in love with everything the community offers. The management team is awesome and makes the move so much easier from start to finish. I would recommend you check out your new home ASAP if you love to live in luxurious happiness!
Carlos went the extra bit! After changing the ceiling bulb, he decided the fixture needed washing, which led him to discover that the sink aerator should be replaced, which in turn led him to find out the drain was clogged. So we had three service issues fixed in one call, even though we had only noticed one. Talk about top-flight maintenance. Thanks, Carlos
Love living here. The location is great, the apartments are great, but most of all the people are great! One leasing agent in particular has made my time here well worth it, and that is Sydney Richardson. She makes Avalon feel like home!
