Once again, Richey helped us with our problem fridge. Many thanks to him -- he is always cheerful and quick to respond. In fact, the quality of the maintenance staff is one of the big advantages of living here!

I've only lived here a few weeks but I already like the community and the managers here. Yoda has been super helpful with my move-in! He gave me a wonderful tour and helped with every question I had during the transition process. Thanks for making my move so easy!

This is our 4th year at Avalon Del Mar Station and other than the convenience of walking to everything, the maintenance crew, namely Pablo, Alex, and Richie, to name a few, are all amazing at what they do. They are courteous, super friendly, and treat you like family. Their good attitudes are infectious and makes living in this community all the better. Same goes for the management team.

This is my second year At Avalon Del Mar Station and I love the complex is beautiful, the staff is so friendly and I love that I can walk to Old town Pasadena. Thank you so much to Pablo for always giving a GREAT and FAST service when I need some something repaired or help with. He is super friendly and get things done. I want to give a shout out to Maria as well for having our complex looking sharp and smelling so clean. You are both amazing and I appreciate your work and positive vibes!
All the Facilities Staff is very hardworking and always friendly. I heard there may be a change in this staff and so therefore I wanted to compliment Maria Kang in particular. She can always be seen engaged in hard work, whether it's hosing down the courtyards or cleaning the inside of the elevator in our building even. Building #3 thanks you Maria.

Amazing apartments complex, a lot of amenities and very well located! The maintenance team is excellent, Pablo and Richie respond promptly to our request if something came up and they are very professional! Also Alex from cleaning team is very polite and very good worker! I've been having a great experience in Avalon del mar.
