Took a tour as I'm looking to move to Pasadena! It was a beautiful complex. The staff was warm and welcoming as soon as I came in. Sydney gave me a tour of the grounds and a penthouse apartment. My favorite was the pool deck and a 24 hr gym! She was very accommodating with my questions and needs. Also really awesome to hear you allow pets. I will definitely be keeping you guys in mind for moving! Thank you so much and keep up the great work you are doing!

I love living here. Such an awesome location and the staff and team are fabulous. Maintenance is super prompt when you need them. Highly recommend! Pablo, Robert, Richie and Ari make sure everything is perfect with the apartment and are super helpful regardless of what you need.

Right now the control panel is beeping, again. This one started around 5am! I've contacted the maintenace via their request line four times, each getting a "complete" notification. I even went to the office and spoke with someone. Long term fixes are clearly not the way they fix things around here.

My mom and I have lived at Avalon Del Mar Station for about 1.5 years now. All in all, we are very happy and satisfied with how these things are. We love that the staff are very friendly and responsive. Additionally, common areas are always kept clean and neat. The amenities/ facilities onsite are good to have as well! Lastly, we love the central location - it's literally only 2 blocks away from Old Town and right above the Del Mar train station! Overall, this is a great place to live in. Highly recommend!
