RecommendedI couldn’t be happier than in my apartment at Avalon DelMar. The design is spacious and the apartment was spotless when I moved in. The other residents seem friendly and approachable. Diana in the office was very helpful time from start to finish.

Love it here! Such a great location. I met some of the staff this past weekend. Pablo and Ryan were very helpful and courteous. I have moved around in SoCal and this apartment is by far the best-really in tip-top shape. Everything is very clean and staff is a major plus here to make this location the very best. Totally recommend it here!

Worst. Apartment. Ever. We’ve spent 7 months out of our 11 month lease dealing with sewage backing up our kitchen sink on a weekly basis and the smell of sewage in the apartment on a daily basis. We were told that compensation for putting up with this issue would be discussed once the problem was resolved, but when the time came we were told that Avalon does not offer compensation.
