Worst experience even moving in the first day ! My car got towed and ****** staff did not do nothing about it ! They did not hold accountability for there mistakes when staff had told us to park wherever because there was no assigned parking and it happen to be there was assigned parking ! DO BETTER !

I attempted to complete an application online on March 10, and although the $60 was debited, I have not received any information regarding my application. I called the following numbers for assistance, but anyone who answered said they can't help me ( the two most recent ******* and *****). I have called a few number and either no one answers or someone will answer and let me know that they cannot help me. I would love it if I can get a call back or acknowledgment of my concern.

I live at ********************************* in redmond. There are either termite or ant problems in our apartment 204north. The online and in person request seems to be ignored. Does avalon care about serious issues in the apartments or only clogged sinks??
Hello I just wanted somebody to know I had put in 2 application for Avalon ******* this place and was approve but twice was having problems with uploading the ** I paid twice for the Application Fee and could not get one person to help with it but was turn away because of the **. I just think for a person like me who is having these problem should not be turn away from minor issues. ********** was covenant for work But just don't think it was a far choice to be turn down. I’m a resident at Eaves Warner Center (AvalonBay) and have faced serious issues. Cement was poured outside our unit with no tape, signs, or notice. My partner stepped into it, nearly fell, and hurt his back—yet we were charged $1,300 instead of receiving concern. Only after we complained did they start posting notices. I have had water leaks from the ceiling for the past 3 years, the most recent started on Feb 12th and we are now April 4th almost nothing have been done to stop the water from dripping from the ceiling and it has not rained in over week. Avalon refuses to hire roofers to fix the damaged roofs and it feels like the only way to get them to do anything is to sue them in court. Beware of Deposit Issues, Hidden Fees, and Questionable Damage Charges My experience with this apartment complex was very disappointing. They will not return your deposit, and their move-out cleaning policies are deceptive. Upon moving out, they suggested I enroll in their "Clean Sweep Program" for $205 to handle the cleaning. What they failed to mention is that this service does NOT include carpet cleaning.
