The experience has been horrible and frustrating. -The no smoking policy wasn’t enforced - they merely put up signs and sent emails. There was no penalty, no fine, just emails. -I was verbally assaulted in the gym. Again, no action whatsoever, just a call and email to follow-up. After nearly dying with covid 3 times in a year and a half this company feels it is ok to raise my rent 1 thousand dollars a month. This is ridiculous. I have been in an out of hospital all this time and this is what they do to me. I have lived there for 5 years and they take my Illness as an opportunity to try and scam me and extremely raise my rent!

Pricey & Horrible place to live Our first year here was so so not great, loads of roaches who the maintenance called water bugs (they are not they are HUGE ROACHES) because of all the issues in the first unit we were in E building (roach infestation, a room wall semi caved in wall and wet carpet after a hard downpour and they had us move the furniture ourselves and took forever to fix it + other appliance mishaps, like them not doing proper maintenance and leaving about 1 years' worth of dog hair in the dryer from the previo... read more

How do you get the management to send out a serious “lease violation” letter when a neighbor is purposely use sound to torture downstair tenant? I have evidence of sound recorded on camera, for hours!!! How do you explain the sound recorded on camera? As we all know sound is one of the most difficult things to be recorded on camera when the source is on higher level than recorder. Brett the property manager for Ava 55 ninth is attitude is so bad he actually makes me want to go up to his office and beat him down. He hung up the on me and his attitude is not customer friendly. Never once did he attempt he attempt to look up any information on me and I asked him to. Just to verify.

We lived in Avalon Hunt Valley for 21 months. When we moved in, we completed the move in form and noted quite a few areas in the apartment that either needed to be fixed or we wanted to note for the future. In particular, there was a large dent on the very front of the refrigerator. We stated on the move in sheet that it was dented but since it did not effect the use of the refrigerator we were not requesting that it be fixed nor replaced.
