ARMONxFELIKS=PROFESSIONALS. Every time I’ve had an issue at my apartment, Armon and Felix pull up, assessed, and then proceeded to fix. ����� Service
Excellent customer service at leasing office and maintenance department. Felix (maintenance technician) is always very helpful and quick response. The security guards are always around and i feel very safe. This place is just the perfect home!
This review is specifically in reference to Felix from the maintenance team. He has been wonderful in handling all the issues that I have had first hand. He is very professional, very easy to work with and he truly cares about doing the best work possible for the residents. Issues are always addressed promptly and efficiently, only because of him, and we very much appreciate his hard work and effort.
Great people over there. Shout out to the whole leasing team for always being nice helpful and accessible. Stacy is exceptional but I want to give credit for the rest of the team as well for being amazing! Thank you!
You guys are awesome! Every time I've had to go into the office it has been a splendid experience. Emily just helped me print a document last minute before taking off for the night. Super grateful. Thank you! P.S. The m&m's are a big plus.
Had an incident occur in my apartment at AVA/AVALON and Head of Maintenance Marie Lawrence handled the situation with the utmost care and professionalism. Her and her team (with honorable mention to Helmer) went above and beyond to help me and I am very thankful to them. 5-Stars!!!!!!!! -Mark.
