I've been living here for two years now, and just added my third year. You all are wonderful and I thank you so much for always coming to the rescue. Britney and Ewa are my GIRLS. My Charlie's Angels who answer any questions I have. And, I just had a maintenance tech named Ricardo come and fix my door in about 2 minutes all while smiling and laughing and just being super approachable and efficient. Thank you so much for all of your help!

I want to give a special thanks to Edi in maintenance for always being helpful when we need some quick attention for repairs in the unit. At leasing office, Maya, Victor, Joey and Ewa are just fantastic. It’s very easy to come and talk to them to ask for help at any time. Thank you for the great team!

Living at Ava studio city has been phenomenal. The amenities are great, but more importantly the maintenance is incredible. We had an issue with a palm tree hitting our window and Andrew Lopez came in and fixed our window, cut the tree, and then finished with giving me a 5 minute guitar lesson(I swear on my life). That guy should be head of hospitality for all of Ava apartments to be honest because of how kind and efficient he is. Because of him alone I will recommend Ava to all of my friends looking to head out to LA.
Ricardo is friendly, courteous and reliable! Today he went out of his way to complete a pending project and also came quickly to change my refrigerator filter. In my 10 years of living here, Ricardo is the best maintenance provider ever! Andrew also is friendly and courteous. He came as Ricardo's assistant and together they fixed my blinds in 5 minutes flat! Thank you Ricardo & Andrew!
