Love this place Chris Cruz the maintenance was so helpful and went out his way to help out which is amazing.
I have been living here for 3 years now . The AC has been a problem for the same period of time . The maintenance department always thou does a great job doing the work quickly and resolving the issues.Felix in particular is efficient and very nice. I trust the people who work here

Today I just needed a couple services done in my bathroom sink and the toilet water box, which were both leaking and Mr. Felix, the maintenance head man, came in a very short time. He solved the two issues quickly and with absolutely no mess. The service was clean and effective, not to mention how nice Mr. Felix always is. It's always a pleasure talking to him.
Herbert with the maintenance team was super quick and professional. He fixed my broken blinds in minutes. Thanks Herbert!
Felix is amazing! He fixed every work order problem we had in under 7 min!
