My move in experience was easy and I felt welcomed due to Rachel in the office.
Lease somewhere else. Take my word. They have a bunch of hidden fees. Lots of rodents, pollen from months ago on hand rails, streets are dirty as well as the stairs, mail boxes are all broken and tampered with, lots of crime in the area, pool always broken, they don’t power wash or take care of the complex. I really am not sure how that property manager got the job, but take my word, there are many other apartments to lease from.
Rachel has given excellent service. She is amazing at her job.
Edit: 7/8/25 I have lived here for 11 months and it’s been 11 months of hell. My ac has broken three times since moving in. As I write this review I have been without working AC for 11 days. They gave me a portable ac unit that successfully brings the temperature down from 90 degrees to 85 degrees in a 5ft radius from where it is plugged in. Anywhere not within 5ft of the unit is uninhabitable, which is the vast majority of my 800sqft apartment. When I confronted the property manager about how unacceptable this is she scoffe... read more
