My car is currently at Autotec Repair Centre and I felt the need to pass on this 5 star review due to how fantastic their service has proven to be. It's taken them a bit longer to get the parts required than expected (not their fault) and due to this they have arranged an 'upgrade' to the hire car I was given by the insurance, entirely by their own efforts, so that the replaement hire car we have enables us to go on our family holiday (the other hire car was too small). Great standard of work fast and reliable would recommend
Great service provided. Our car went in for accident repair for a week. The car provided by them was a nice little run around car, we had an issue with the air con leaking but they came and picked it up, took it back to be fixed and brought back for us to continue use same day. Once the car was ready they agreed to come and drop off the car at my work of place as we were unable to collect. The car repair looks brilliant, would definitely use again if required.
Great company. Really great standard of work. It’s often the people that make a good business, and even from your first contact with Colin you can tell you are valued as a customer. Mainly dealt with Steve who is fantastic. Thankyou.
