Superb experience from start to finish. Needed a repair doing on my Mum’s car and I can honestly say that utilising the services provided by Autotec in Keighley was an absolute pleasure. An estimate was given straight away and the car was then booked in within a week with the added bonus of an automatic courtesy car. On completion the car repairs were perfect and the car looked like brand new thanks to them valeting it so well. My car is currently at Autotec Repair Centre and I felt the need to pass on this 5 star review due to how fantastic their service has proven to be. It's taken them a bit longer to get the parts required than expected (not their fault) and due to this they have arranged an 'upgrade' to the hire car I was given by the insurance, entirely by their own efforts, so that the replaement hire car we have enables us to go on our family holiday (the other hire car was too small).
