I brought in the car for service with one diagnostic light showing. When I picked up the car, after being told it was done, there were three diagnostic lights on. How much time could they have spent looking at the car for this to happen?

I just leased a 2012 Acura TL, having turned in a 2009 TL. I leased both cars with Steve as my salesmen. He has always been somebody I could trust and whenever I have any questions or concerns, he is always ready and willing to assist in resolving. Pete was very friendly, informative and helpful throughout the process. When I returned to pick up the car the following week, everything was as promised and the final paperwork process was handled very smoothly with no attempts to add on any additional costs (unlike other dealers.

Walked in to Acura of Denville and greeted very quickly by Vinny. His approach was nothing but kindness and courtesy. I knew I already wanted an Acura TL. My husband and I had a 2003 Acura that we loved. Time for a new car, and we were comparing the Audi A4 and the Acura TSX. Really not much of a decision. Greg and the dealership in Denville were very easy to work with and more than accommodating. The Acura met all of our wants and so did the dealership.
