The whole team I met and dealt with at Acura of Denville were amazing. A friend recommended I check them out for a used car. We purchased a 2014 Acura RDX from Acura of Denville in November 2013. We dealt with Chip Wimmershoff throughout the transaction. I would highly recommend contacting Chip and going through Acura of Denville. It was a very relaxed and pleasant buying experience. The experience we had at Acura Denville was great. The facility was very well kep and the staff was very preofessional and attentive. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants courteous and friendly service.
Steve greeted my wife and I as we entered the showroom. He took his time and described the features of the vehicles we were interested in. Neither of us felt pressured at any time. He allowed us to test drive the vehicles we were interested in and left the decision of which vehicle we preferred up to us, even after the initial price we were offered was not in line with our expectations. Steve patiently worked with us in an attempt to reach a compromise on the price and he succeeded.
The sales representative was very patient. Provided us with details about the suv we were looking for and provided us with a good deal. Thank you
