My second Acura from this dealership. One new, the other certified. Very easy and fair on price on both 'new cars' and on my used care trade in. Very little pressure.
Our salesperson, Steve Victor, was very knowledgeable, gave us a great price and was very helpful in helping us choose the colors and options we wanted on our new 2014 RDX. He gave us a no-pressure sales experience, which we appreciated. We would recommend him highly.
As this was the first time we had purchased a pre-owned car, we were a bit apprehensive. Tom Holland was helpful, informative and professional; what we most appreciated was that he was not pushy and gave us ample time and information to help us choose a pre-owned car that we were comfortable with.

From first encounter with used vehicle sales manager to final visit to have plates put on, I was treated like a valued customer, even though this was my first visit to this dealer.
