I usually detest the experience of leasing a new car and negotiating with sales people but Acura of Denville made the experience surprisingly pleasant. Very easy purchase. I received a price over the internet that was way below the list or list plus junk I didn't need price at other dealerships in the area. Steve Victor was professional and accommodating. Final handoff was quick and easy Michael Fazio expedited financing and got me a better than Honda Finance rate. Car is an MDX advance and I'm loving it.

Steve in Sales was terrific. Easy to deal with, very knowledgeable about the product and inventory, honest, straightforward and dedicated to support a sale. The only problem I had was with the Business/ Finance function. My check was from a recently merged bank and the Dealership bank, Valley National refused to process the check. My bank assured me that the check would clear but even after multiple phone calls I was made to obtain a Cashiers check. This is my 4th car from this dealership over the past 10 years. They are great to work with and made the car purchasing experience a pleasant one. Negotiations were straight forward and they jumped through hoops to get me going because I told them I wanted to take delivery within the hour. I've been servicing my cars here for 10 years and have never had a problem. They do a great job at flagging issues but never try to push unnecessary services

My first contact was with Mary Beth who was very helpful and since I was looking for the New 2014 MDX and very few models were available we went back and forth many times and every time (including weekend) I got an respond within a very short time. I spoke with a lot of different dealership, but was not able to but the car since no one had the color/model/package I was looking for in stock. The car buying experience was great at this dealership. Everyone was friendly and nothing extra was pushed. I probably could have gotten the car cheaper but didn't want the hassle that I was getting from other dealerships.
