The salesperson, Michael, was very professional and helpful in the buying process. That includes a very thorough tutorial on all of the electronics in the vehicle. On the financial side, I was a little put off by the very high document fees and some rounding on the numbers that naturally went in the dealer’s favor. I know it’s a business and they need to make a profit but I felt like they were crossing the line and would take advantage of anyone not paying close attention to the numbers.
