Bernardo made the car buying experience delightful. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all questions patiently. Working with Steve was a easy, straight forward and low pressure. He showed me several vehicles and we closed on a deal within an hour of the dealership closing. Steve was patient, relatable and answered all of my question. When it was time to finish up with Jose in finance the experience only improved.
