We agreed on a deal and after I signed the contract for a used TLX I was adding everything up and realized they did not follow the deal. I called my salesman Michael Schaefer and he put me through to Jose the finance guy and then the sales manager called back and every one of them lied and told me we didn't make that deal even as I heard Michael in the background reading the number that we agreed upon. I had a great experience at the Acura of Denville. Everything went smoothly, I wasn't led back and forth, and most importantly, I was able to find a great quality car. I was helped by sales specialist Bernardo Amster who was a great guide throughout the whole process and a pleasure to work with. I recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to purchase a car and avoid hassles.
