We agreed on a deal and after I signed the contract for a used TLX I was adding everything up and realized they did not follow the deal. I called my salesman Michael Schaefer and he put me through to Jose the finance guy and then the sales manager called back and every one of them lied and told me we didn't make that deal even as I heard Michael in the background reading the number that we agreed upon.
