Very empathic, understanding and thorough. Bernardo answered all our questions and made our purchases as easy as possible for out of towners like us. The only downside is that he likes Manchester United and nor Liverpool FC.

This was the only dealership out of several I visited that did not have a crazy markup on their vehicles. Bernardo my salesperson was great throughout the entire process.
