Dealership has always been very easy to work with. I’m always able to get an appointment and the staff is able to answers all my questions. Marc is especially helpful. This time I needed to replace a 2006 Acura MDX w/over 280,000 miles belonging to my daughter. Bill Backes helped me and exceeded all my expectations. They did a great job in only an hour and everyone is nice but the guest wifi wouldn't work which was inconvenient since I work from home. That is the only complaint.

Great service! Accommodated my early arrival (by 1 week!) with no issues. I'm not a fan of the new text system. I received the first text for services but not the second text for pick up. However, did receive a call when agent realized I didn't respond. Otherwise the team was superb as always!
