For the first time in 5 years I have to rate less than 5 stars due to the lack of transparency up front on their $109.95 coupon for an oil/filter change and tire rotation. Upon completion, I was charged what I was told was an industry standard hazardous waste removal fee of close to $13 in addition to the expected tax.
