I found the vehicle I was looking for on their website. At first I really was concerned how the purchase would go being out of state. As I would find out the dealership "Bill" went to work and answered all my questions. They represented the vehicle 100% accurately - no surprises. It was a pleasure working with Bill. I did a test drive with him, and I had to finish the transaction and most of the paperwork over phone/email because I went out of town. He was very courteous, open, and patiently guided me throughout the whole process.

Michael made the process very transparent and did not take advantage of me through the process or try and upsell me on add-ons. After looking around at a few other dealerships before arriving at Acura of Denville I can say it was top-tier service. If I am ever in the market for an Acura again I now know where I'll be going first and where I'll be recommending to others.
