Very happy with my purchase from Autospire. No-nonsense service and Marc was not pushy at all. A pleasure to deal with and the motor is great. Highly recommend.
Bought an Audi A6 avant from Marc whilst he was away on holiday. Special mentioned to Mick who sold me the car and was very helpful. All the cars were very well presented, and no pushy salespeople. Very straight forward sale and very happy customer.
If you are a distance buyer and not able to view the car in person, I would be very wary about buying a car from Marc. I first contacted Marc late last year 2024, and was advised that the car had a couple of faults which needed repairing. So I didn't take the sale any further. Early this year, as the car was still being advertised on Autotrader, I contacted Marc. Who appeared over the phone to be a solid gent. But then things started to fall apart! Marc was fantastic from start to finish, really helpful and not pushy. The car was immaculate ( I’m really fussy) he even stayed back after hours so I could collect. Would highly recommend. Thanks. UPDATE AFTER 1 MONTH After a week I was getting a slight oil smell when the engine was warm, I contacted Marc at Autospire to let him know. It this point when buying a used car I was expecting missed calls and unanswered e-mails but not from Marc. I took the car back and he sorted the problem out.( Oil filter gasket ).
