If I could post half a star I would. Jonathan in the service department was not very helpful and didn’t communicate with me about my car while it was there it or even informed me that it had been transferred to the collision center. His communication is unprofessional. Mariah helped me each time I went and did so without restraint as well did Preston. If I do return I would only allow them two people to help me. I had been speaking with a sales person over the phone and through email. I told her (Samantha) that I had my own financing I told her what dollar amount I wanted to stay within. When we get there she was nice and goes and gets someone named Curtis and he asks me if I was in bankruptcy. I was floored I asked him why would he ask me something like that when I have my own financing from my own credit union. Doug in the Service Department was awesome! Got me in a rental the same day I called (wed), asseded and fixed the problem by Thursday afternoon. I needed my truck to haul my motorcycle to the NC mountains that Friday morning and this department took care of me. Thank you for the best experience I've ever had in a Service Department! Have done business with them for 15 years. Bought two cars the same day in 2010. The maxima with just 54,000 had $5,000 worth of work. Nissan USA paid $2000 of it. After this my car was making noise. Took it many times to Autonation Nissan and they said it was fine. Took to another place and the engine hadn’t been bolted when they did the work. Called the GM and he offered a free oil change. I could have died. Now same car 7,000 miles later has some of the same problems. Terrible service.
