I made an appointment and they got to me pretty quick. I guess the service department was so busy they seemed to half listen to me when I told them what I wanted to be check on my Juke. Then, they called to tell me what all I needed done to get everything "fixed". I was quoted over $500 for breaks and another $300 for all the items that "just need to be done because of the age of my car". Purchased our Tahoe from them on Monday, May 14, and we could not have been happier with our experience. I inquired about a vehicle online and Pheobe contacted me. She kept me updated every step of the way while purchasing our car. When we arrive we at the store, we were greeted by an amazing staff! Love my sales person, he has been awesome. Continues to be totally awesome! Been totally upfront with everything. Seriously absolutely NO complaints with him at all. I have another car from here I have all my service done here. When there has been an issue is made right. Edit: Went back bought a new car. STELLAR experience!
We purchased a used Nissan Leaf this weekend. Our salesman, Ed Bland, had clearly done his homework on the car before we came in (they only sell a couple of them per year, and this was the first one he'd sold). He took a lot of time to make sure I knew how to operate the car, including how to charge it (it's my first electric vehicle), and he followed up several times to make sure all was well. Service Manager Dave was very personable and my wait time for an oil change and tire rotation and balance was about 1 1/2. Nissan keeps me updated on what is to be done with the servicing of my truck.
Made an appointment to get my oil changed. I arrived on time, my car was taken in immediately. The service writer read to me that I was there for an oil change and tire rotation, I had only requested an oil change but decided to have the tires rotated anyway. NOW, 2 hours later with a splitting headache, I’m still here! Why make an appointment? Have had my oil changed at a location just down the street, in and out in no time! Ok, he just came in to get me, thank God.
I'd just like to say thanks to AutoNation Nissan Service department for the outstanding service I've received on such short notice. Y'all are the best!
