I left my car there for a week to while I went out of town. All I needed was two new tires. When I came back to pick it up, they said it wasn’t ready.. “they thought I was coming back tomorrow” my car sat there for a whole week and nothing was done to it.. way to wait till the last minute! The guy helping me told me To download a coupon to make it cheaper.. he failed to mention I couldn’t use it on tires. Not coming back to this location.

I took my car in today for service and to have a recall checked. The service person called and told me my car failed the recall, they would have to confiscate it because it was at risk of blowing up, and they couldn't provide a rental car until tomorrow. When I explained I was 50 miles from home, they told me I'd have to find and pay for my own rental car today. I asked for my oil change to be comped because of this inconvenience and extra expense and was told they don't give discounts on oil changes. They showed absolutely ... read more
