The truck wasn’t even there after scheduling an appointment, it had been sold and didn’t bother to tell me it has been sold, I drove almost an hour for them to tell me it sold, terrible communication. But I guess they thought if they could get me in there, I would buy something else, 1 out of 10

Not great, they knew nothing about how to operate the features of this car. Saleslady totally unprofessional, tattoos all over her arms,,,dressed to casual.

Everyone was wonderful
Spoke with Mr. Ward, who was very pleasant and well informed. I decided to wait before purchasing a vehicle, but he was very understanding and professional. When I’m in the market to purchase a vehicle, I’ll definitely seek out this dealership and Mr. Kenneth Ward.
Even though I could not get a deal done with ONeil Nissan I couldn’t sad a bad thing about them. Super nice and went above and beyond to help me.

The overall experience was honestly really great up until I received an email apologizing for the gentleman I had been speaking to admitting he didn't want to respond because someone an employee I believe bought the vehicle I was looking at which is totally fine just came off a little unprofessional to be told I didn't want to respond because I knew it was getting bought
