I have to say for someone who has purchased 10+ cars from dealerships this was by far the best experience I have EVER had! Alonzo ( Salesman ), Keith (New Car Manager) & Demetrius (Finance Manager) are The Dream Team when it comes to your new car purchase! 8 weeks of my transmission being rebuilt and still having issues. Took it back 4 times and never got anything fixed! One tech said it was transmission, and then we were told they had to get it on video to send. They stalled on everything for 3 weeks and we were told to pick it up and video it ourselves “because they didn’t have time to drive my car around all day to see what was wrong”! I strongly urge you not to deal with this company. We recently purchased a used Rogue from here, it had a small dent which they fixed after putting 70 miles on the car. When we got it back it had scratches on the back. When confronted with this they gave us an estimate of over $900. They also replaced the battery in the key fob, that lasted 45 days. They lie and take your money, they do not fix the problem.
The staff has excellent Customer Service skills! The vehicle services are good, but pricey.
