Everyone was friendly however, I made an appointment today for 11:00 AM, and around 12:50 was told that my car wasn’t even looked at yet. Initially the time frame was 2 hours. And I waited here, just to have to wait closer to 3 hours for an oil change. It was a horrible experience and I don’t think I will be returning.

AutoNation Nissan Marietta committed fraud 5/22/20, they don't provide all customers a written estimate for repairs detailing what is/isn't included and facts that lower costs. My $350 repair and a tune up they recommended cost almost $1,200 including $922, 7 hrs of labor. Richard, Noel & the service director work together to inflate charges/labor, they delay/manipulate resolving your telephone call concerns and bill more hours for labor, that's fraud 5/22/20.
I would like to give Richard a 10 or above from Marietta Nissan. My 2017 Nissan Sentra transmission was going out on me. I went to Town Center Nissan, Jonesboro Nissan and Car Max and they all turned me down. Thanks to Richard and Nissan Corporate they fixed it and now I'm back on the road again with my family. I had to have my 2013 Altima towed into the dealership because of transmission issues! Steven was very professional and also the lady who gave me the loaner! I’m so happy my repair was under warranty!
i took my car to fix it last year and i got warranty on the job...i have to take it again for the same CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON....they have charged me $132.99 just to check it with the scaner...i could of done that at any auto parts for free..bc they didn even told me what was wrong with my car exept for saying oh it may be this or that ...im am not happy at all with nissan about this...service advisor was...RICHARD PHILADELPHIA...
I have been calling for a month atleast 3-6 times a week to talk about my GAP coverage and no call back The receptionist have said they have left notes for them to call me back and nothing. I work 6 days a week in NC and I’m gonna drive down to meet these ppl in person Saturday lose a day of work because they can’t pick up a phone and have a 10 minute conversation over the phone. Last time I will ever buy a car from here and will never recommend this is the 2nd time I’ve had an issue with them
