They tried to overcharge customers on every corner, bewared! Brought my vehicle in for diagnostic of the oil pressure drop when engine runs idle. I got my sparkplugs and 3 coils replaced for $1315.50. After 2 months the same problem came back, so I brought my vehicle back for re-diagnostic. This dealerships financial department is very unprofessional. I purchased all the protection plans when I bought a 2017 Nissan Rogue in 2017. I sold it this past March and am due a refund from those protection plans. it is now 6 months later and this dealership has not cancelled my policies for my refund. I have sent emails, left voice mails and even talked to the GM about this issue. Do Not Purchase here. Avoid this dealership. Salesperson Kathy Jerez and GM Arvin are unprofessional people whom just want to sell it providing untruthful information. We had a lease trade in which they guaranteed they would cover the end of lease costs. A month later I've received a letter with a pending balance. Impossible to have email or call back response, then came to the dealership to have Arvin tell straight to my face that he's not responsible for what Kathy guaranteed in the sale negotiation.
