I've never been more disatisfied, frustrated & disillusioned than with this "paid" service. I wish I could have better words towards this business.
Service department had excellent customer service and resolved my car problem quickly once the part came in. I will be going to back for other maintenance.

I purchased as car a birthday gift for my son 2 and a half weeks ago. When we did the paperwork for the car, the spare and the floor mats were in the car. When we went back to pick up the car a few days later, they were gone. For two weeks we called and and received empty promises from our salesman, Victor, who never returned our calls. They made it possible for me to get a car in spite of my bad credit I was still approve. They did everything before I got there to pick up the car. It took just 45minutes when I get there. Thanks so much AutoNation
Aaron Trevino and Victor Cervantes were amazing salesmen. Aaron communicated through emails and phone calls to check on the vehicle we found online since we live an hour away. Then when we arrived at the store, Aaron was finalizing another sale, so he made sure we were being helped by another salesman. Victor was very professional and courteous and made the process of the sale very quick and enjoyable. Thank you AutoNation Mitsubishi for a wonderful sale experience.
