Not impressed with our sales person at all. Bought a lease return and tried giving us only one key. Told us that’s all that was returned, like they didn’t charge them for the missing key? Give me a break! Then told us we could turn it into our insurance (& pretend WE lost it -fraud). Had to wait an extra hour while we waited for another key to be coded & cut. Has to cost at least $400 retail that they wanted to pass onto me.

A friend of mine recently purchased a used car at AutoNation. The car was pulling to one side so he took it in for an alignment. He was told the strut was bent and it was old damage. The car is still under the used car warranty which covers front end suspension. He bought the car to AutoNation, expecting the issue to be resolved and after a couple of days they told my friend that the strut is not included in the warranty because it is not part of the suspension.
