Every time I have been there, the service is good. I never return for the same problem and their helpful with best approaches to maintain the maintenance in my vehicle.
I had to take my vehicle in for 3 recalls. I called to make the appointment and to verify they had the replacement parts. They made the appointment and gave me the approximate time it would be ready. They were actually finished ahead of time. Their service department is good and the service manager is very helpful.
In 2017 I bought a 2016 outlander sport. Although my salesman was awesome, the sales manager was completely dishonest and I have yet to hear back from corporate about my complaint. First let me say my car salesman was not pushy and very patient. I took my time in a car purchase and he was very understanding of me not wanting to just jump into any car. Beautiful car - I was able to drive 700+ miles on a single tank.... Fueling up was only 23.00. Auto Nation was a great dealer with people like Raul and Earl.
