RecommendedMade it possible to get the suv I wanted and took the time to ask any questions I had. I have already recommended this place to someone else already because of how easy the process was and was able to leave same day with the vehicle.

They are a rip off, have liars working there and screw customers over.. Paid $7800 for a supposedly completely new rebuilt motor, but did not get that, old motor, broken engine parts repaired with some type of glue/plqstic weld or something, damaged equipment.. vehicle only gets 12 mpg IF I am lucky.. gas tank bladder and sender unit damaged, really pafhetic workmanship, rattles that were not there before, loose connections, hood not even put back on straight.. transmission not working as it should after being removed and wh... read more

I had a 7:30 am oil change appt. I arrived @ 7:10 am they greeted me and asked if I would like water or coffee. They did my oil change and washed my vehicle. They were very nice and friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable about my Ford Explorer. Great service and I am a very happy satisfied customer
Brought truck in for an airbag recall. Really nice people there. Provided me with a loaner until airbag issue was complete. A panel was cracked. Apparently common issue, just didnt have another to repkace. ordered part & called to let me know to come in when it's convenient for me. I hate driving to, in, & from Houston area. That's not convenient. Also, on work order oaper, it said they would wash my truck. Didn't happen! But I did get a complimentary oil change for getting recall addressed.
Go get you a car from AutoNation, they are reasonable. Juan, Neal & Jennifer made my experience wonderful.
