RecommendedService was good but the policy of Honda to pay for my repair lacked. This problem was through no fault of my own and I understand that this same problem is rampant on the Honda HRV. It's a design flaw yet the consumer is the one stuck with the bill. I cry BS! Definitely going to rethink my next car purchase.
