Made an appointment to have my car serviced. Show up for my APPOINTMENT. I am then told that appointments are a first come first serve basis. No, actually, that’s not accurate at all. Why would I make an appointment, and now you are telling me that my car won’t be finished before you close. It’s an APPOINTMENT for a reason. I will be spending my money elsewhere, and I would advise everyone else to do the same. And the snotty guy I spoke to could really stand to learn some manners.

She was in 100% customer service, always had a smile and listened to everything I had to say. AutoNation Toyota, I would surely recommend your auto store, and Bri. She is truly an asset to you.

RecommendedWe have had both our Toyota’s serviced at Autonation Toyota of Las Vegas, the Sahara location, since we purchased the cars 3 years ago. Our service advisor David Schuerman is always very friendly, punctual, professional and knowledgeable, efficient, and always upfront about costs and additional service needs! The free water and coffee is a definite plus! Also they have TVs and free WiFi to pass the time while we wait for our vehicles. I would definitely recommended this place to family and friends!
