Hassel free negotiations, outstanding customer service, and a huge selection of vehicles to choose from. Sales manager Leonel Wizel and salesperson Jon Portugal were pleasant and eager to gain my business. This will be my third Camry and second Camry purchased at Autonation Las Vegas. The only thing that needs improvement...other dealerships have popcorn or snacks for the children and adults. This is needed! Besides that 10 out of 10 in customer service.
Started off as a great experience. Then a week later I bring my truck in to have the seats replaced. They dented my truck that was a week old and did nothing to fix the problem. Not even a phone call a day later like the service manager said he would. Then two months later. I received a bill for the car I turned in. They are telling me that they will not pay off the 2 months remaining on the lease that was agreed to.
