Made an appointment for an oil change. When I get there they tell me the wait is 2 1/2 hours! I said "What's the point in making an appointment if I have to wait that long!?!" The guys said, "oh the appointment is just to see us" So I take a day off work and make an appointment for you just to tell me that I have to wait?!! We purchased our 2017 Pilot and it was a great experience! I felt like everyone was very friendly (even when we walked out at 12:15am!) and they went above and beyond to be accommodating!

5 1/2 wait for oil service is unacceptable, no donuts and bad tasting coffee to go with the experience.
Can I suggest to buyers not to get their service contract, I have never in my life written a negative review, but I am so frustrated that it is warranted. The 1st time I took my car in, I was there the entire day, somehow they kept overlooking my car, they apologized, but after my day was wasted. Today I take my car in and they reset all my setting to kilometers! In California who uses km's? I got a new car............after having my CR-V since 2004 it was time to retire her and I got a 2017 HR-V and loving it.....I got it at AutoNation in Valencia and it was a smooth and easy sale.
